YUHUA Rotary Evaporator 5L (rotating flask capacity) come with a water heating bath( temperature range RT~99 ℃), optional oil heating bath (temp.range RT~199℃; vertical glassware, and digital temperature/rotation control.
Rotary evaporators are mainly used for concentration, crystallization, drying, separation and solvent recovery in pharmaceutical, chemical and biopharmaceutical industries. The principle is that under vacuum conditions, constant temperature heating, the rotating bottle rotates at a constant speed, the material forms a large area film on the bottle wall, and the high efficiency evaporation. The solvent vapor is cooled by the high-efficiency glass condenser and recycled in the collection bottle, which greatly improves the evaporation efficiency, especially for the concentration and purification of biological products that are easy to decompose and denature at high temperature.
